Transaction Management Services

When you have Gatlin2Getche by your side, you can have the confidence that all broker required documents are fully executed & submitted with the best interest of you and your clients. Contract to Close Services
This is the full contract to close option. What’s included:
✔️Contract Review
✔️Consistent Liaise with Co-operating agents, Closer, and Lender throughout the entire process.
✔️Dates and Deadline management
✔️Ordering of Home Warranties
✔️Drafting and executing all contract addenda after binding contract (with provided verbiage)
✔️Coordinate appointments, to include; inspections, appraisal, closing and walkthroughs
✔️Auditing, organizing and ensuring files are compliant to State and specific brokerages.
✔️Regular check ins with all parties and ensuring the buyer/seller is well enforced of transaction every step of the way.
✔️All while providing exceptional customer service.
$350 per file
Pre-Listing/MLS input
This is the option for just the pre-listing and MLS listing. What’s Included:
✔️Property data gathering
✔️Input of data into the MLS (verbiage of description will be required)
✔️Schedule photo/measurement appointment
✔️Ensure MLS listing is updated with photography and any/all supplements
✔️Input info for Open House and Showings
✔️Make listing live
✔️All while providing exceptional customer service.
$100 per Listing
Compliance Only
This is the Compliance-Only option. Here’s what's Included:
✔Review/Audit all document for completion.
✔️Notify agent of any missing signature or documents.
✔️Submit file to brokerage for compliance review.
✔️Provide copy of completed file to agent & client.
This option does not include any deadline tracking, amendment drafting or circulation or communication other than notifying of missing documents. All client questions will be referred back to you as their agent. **Note: Compliance requests received within 24 hours of closing may be subject to rush fees.
